FIXED CONTRIBUTION
The fixed contribution is an amount, which is set by the General Assembly, that is payable annually by all Active Members and all Associated Members as such :
- Corporate-Active Members:
10,000 euros for Corporate-Active Members with a world-wide turnover of more than 500 Million euros
5,000 euros for Corporate-Active Members with a world-wide turnover of less than 500 Million euros - Research Organisation-Active Members: 1 000 euros
- SMEs-Active Members: 1 000 euros
- Associated Members: 1 000 euros
VARIABLE CONTRIBUTION
The Active Members participating in an ENIAC JU project shall pay a Variable Contribution according to the following :
- The Variable Contribution for a calendar year shall be calculated on the basis of each Active Member’s and its Affiliated Companies’ maximum eligible funding in JU Projects. The Variable Contribution for each Active Member and its Affiliated Companies shall be invoiced on a per project basis in 3 instalments over 3 consecutive years.

The partners participating in an ENIAC JU project, which are not members of AENEAS shall pay a Variable Contribution according to the following :
- They shall commit themselves in writing towards AENEAS, by signing and by execution of a Declaration of Acceptance (DoA) to pay the Variable Contribution as if it were a member.

» For the year 2012, the Variable Contribution is set at 3.5% of the maximum eligible funding
EXTRA-VARIABLE CONTRIBUTION - For C Members (Corporate) Only
In accordance with Article 4 of the AENEAS Supplementary Agreement, all C members have agreed to pay an extra-variable contribution for non-contributing non-members otherwise also known as free-riders (not members of AENEAS and did not sign a DoA) participating in the same ENIAC JU projects as they are.
